Kombucha is a naturally effervescent fermented drink made with tea and sugar. You need a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) to brew it.

You will either receive the kombucha scoby in a jar or a pouch depending on whether it is a local doorstep delivery, or a UK postal order.
